Leading with Purpose

I've spent my life in three career fields that all taught me the same lesson: people do their best work and live their best lives when they are inspired by a compelling vision, use their strengths toward purposeful work, and when they feel truly valued.

As a teacher, I learned that growth happens when someone believes in you enough to inspire you, amplify your strengths, and open doors for you. As a minister, I learned to sit with people in their most honest moments, to listen for what mattered to them beneath the surface, and to help them find meaning and direction. And as a school leader, I learned how to turn that same care into systems and sustainable structures that embody the mission and vision of an organization.

As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I help leaders and organizations stop managing around weaknesses and start building around what people already do best. I bring a rare mix of authentic leadership, coaching expertise, and strategic execution.
